Neither TOMY International, nor the United States Consumer Products Safety Commission (CPSC) have received any reports of any injuries related to the use of these infant NURSH® bottle sets. However, out of an abundance of caution and in the interest of the public health, TOMY International is voluntarily recalling the affected bottle sets and consumers should immediately stop using, disposing of them in the trash after taking a photo showing the affected bottle sets. Do not return item to the store.
